Postpartum Harmony

You were never meant to do all of this alone.

Bringing home a baby asks a great deal of a family—and even more of the person recovering from birth. Postpartum Harmony surrounds mothers and families with thoughtful, non-medical care during the weeks and months after baby arrives. Some families need an extra pair of hands, nourishment, protected rest or a prepared homecoming. Some simply know they need support. That's okay. We'll help you find your Postpartum Harmony.

Ms. Harmony with the Harmony Care Team

Care for the mother. Care for the baby. Care for the home becoming.

Postpartum support doesn't look the same for every family. Care may mean a few uninterrupted hours of sleep while someone you trust tends to your baby. A nourishing meal, newborn guidance and a manageable kitchen. A home prepared before you return from the hospital, or protected time for your own restoration. There isn't one right way to need care. We shape support around where you are and what would make this season easier.

Different kinds of support. The same kind of care.

A postpartum doula visit may be all you need. Or your care may include nourishment from Chef Harmony, restorative time through the Spa Experience, a prepared Homecoming, a borrowed bassinet from Harmony's Closet or several kinds of support woven together as your needs change. You don't have to build the perfect plan before reaching out. That's what we're here to help with.

Traditional Postpartum Doula Care

Sometimes you simply need someone there. Personalized, non-medical doula care may include newborn guidance, support surrounding feeding routines, maternal recovery support, rest, light household resets, bottle and feeding-area care, nourishment and reassuring presence. Individual visits, flexible care packages and ongoing support can follow your family's changing needs.

Signature Postpartum Harmony Collection

When you want care to surround the experience. Traditional postpartum doula care comes together with private planning, thoughtful home preparation, restorative nourishment and elevated details centered around maternal recovery. Harmony Homecoming, Postpartum Sanctuary, Cesarean Homecoming, Private Reserve and Destination Postpartum Harmony offer different ways to receive that care.

Kitchen Harmony

Because someone should be thinking about what Mom is going to eat, too. Chef Harmony brings entirely plant-based nourishment into postpartum: warm meals, washed fruit, comforting small bites, a homecoming spread or a stocked refrigerator. We begin with your tastes, familiar flavors, ingredients you avoid and what feels comforting. You don't have to be vegan. You just have to be hungry.

Still not sure what you need?

That's completely okay. You may know you're exhausted without knowing how many hours would help, or want to feel prepared before baby arrives without knowing which experience fits. You may simply know: I don't want to do postpartum alone. Start there. Tell us where you are and what would make this season easier. We'll help you find a place to begin.
