Kitchen Harmony
Because someone should be thinking about what Mom is going to eat, too.
In the early days with a new baby, it can be surprisingly easy for a mother to spend the entire day feeding someone else while barely finding time to feed herself.
That is where Kitchen Harmony comes in.
As part of your Postpartum Harmony care, we step into the kitchen and take one more thing off your plate—by putting something nourishing on it.
Plant-forward nourishment, prepared with care by Chef Harmony.

What Care Looks Like in the Kitchen
Fresh fruit washed and waiting. Something warm simmering on the stove. A beautiful plate brought to you while you feed your baby. Small bites within reach when sitting down for a full meal feels impossible. A refrigerator stocked with food you'll actually want to eat. And a kitchen reset afterward, so nourishment doesn't leave another task waiting for you.
Before care begins, we learn about you—the foods you love, flavors that feel familiar, ingredients you avoid, cultural traditions that matter in your home, and what sounds comforting during this particular season. Because nourishment should feel personal.

Why Kitchen Harmony Is Personal to Me
For me, preparing food has always been another way of caring for people.
I'm a professionally trained chef and a 2010 graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. I've also lived a vegan lifestyle for 19 years.
Kitchen Harmony isn't here to convince your family to become vegan. It's here to share the kind of food I know how to prepare with love: colorful, satisfying, entirely plant-based meals made from fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, herbs, and the flavors that make food feel like home.
You don't have to be vegan. You just have to be hungry.
My journey with plant-based living began 19 years ago, when I learned I was pregnant. I wanted to care for my body and give my baby the best possible start. I read, researched, and worked with a naturopathic vegan doctor and nutritionist to plan how I would eat. During that pregnancy I felt more energy, had no morning sickness, and kept working. After birth I felt well and recovered quickly. Today I'm also the mother of two healthy vegan children. This is my story, and it shapes how I care for families; each mother's experience and needs are her own.

For Mothers Who Want to Know More
Well-planned vegan meals can be one way to nourish yourself during the postpartum season, including while breastfeeding. If you're considering an exclusively vegan diet while breastfeeding, there are a few nutrients worth paying particular attention to, including protein, iron, vitamin B12, iodine, choline and vitamin D. A reliable source of B12 is especially important. We tailor food to your preferences and encourage you to discuss your individual nutrition and any supplements with your health care provider or registered dietitian. Vegan eating has not been shown to speed postpartum healing compared with other balanced diets.

What's Comforting to You?
Maybe it's soup. Maybe it's fresh fruit beside the bed. Maybe it's something warm and familiar from your childhood. Maybe it's having your refrigerator stocked before you come home with your baby. Or maybe you don't know what sounds good yet. That's okay. We'll figure it out together.
Tell us what feels nourishing, and we'll begin there.
Care That Meets Your Family Where You Are—even in the kitchen.
