Harmony in Bereavement
When the Journey Changes

Compassionate, consent-led, non-clinical support for families experiencing pregnancy or infant loss, maternal complications or loss, a NICU journey, an unexpected diagnosis, a difficult birth, or a transition to parenthood that looks different from what was imagined. Care is shaped gently around your family, with space for remembrance, practical support and the next step—whenever you are ready.

Support may begin with simply listening and understanding what your family needs most. From there, care can include a calm presence at home, nourishment and practical household help, sensitive handling of nursery items or baby gifts, remembrance and memorial planning, and assistance connecting with additional resources. Every choice remains with you. Nothing is removed, rearranged or decided without your permission, and support unfolds at the pace that feels right for your family.

Holding Space at Home

Calm companionship, nourishment and gentle practical help during the days when ordinary responsibilities may feel especially heavy.

Sanctuary & Memory Care

Consent-led support for nursery items, baby gifts and meaningful belongings, with preservation, remembrance or room-transformation options guided entirely by your family.

Family & Resource Support

Gentle support for partners and relatives, remembrance planning, and help identifying appropriate bereavement, community or professional resources.

The Many Forms of Loss

Grief is not a single point on a map, but a landscape with many paths. Recognizing the form your loss has taken is the first step toward finding a way to carry it.

Pregnancy, Infant &
Maternal Loss

Support following miscarriage, stillbirth, fetal demise, infant loss, or maternal death or life-altering complications. Care honors the baby, mother and family while making space for remembrance and grief.

Difficult Births &
Changed Expectations

Support following a traumatic birth, emergency cesarean, medical intervention or transition to parenthood that differs from what was imagined, with room to process both what happened and what comes next.

NICU, Illness &
Diagnostic Grief

Support for families navigating a NICU stay, serious illness, disability, genetic condition or unexpected diagnosis—and the grief, uncertainty and changing expectations these experiences may bring.

Harmony After Loss provides non-clinical emotional and practical support. Services do not replace medical care, psychotherapy, grief counseling, or crisis services.

When a Planned Journey Changes

If a Postpartum Harmony or Sanctuary experience was purchased during pregnancy and loss occurs before care begins, the value of that experience can be transferred to Harmony in Bereavement support. Your family decides whether, when and how the care is used. There is no automatic timeline, no predetermined room transformation and no expectation that belongings will be removed. Every next step remains yours.
