A Doula is a  trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to their client before, during and shortly after childbirth to help them achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible. Countless scientific trials examining doula care demonstrate remarkably improved physical and psychological outcomes for both pregnant, birthing, and postpartum people and their baby. Doulas have a positive impact on the well-being of the entire family.
As a passionate and dedicated doula, my mission is to provide hands on support and guidance to expectant mothers and their families throughout their pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum journey. With a deep understanding of the physical and emotional challenges that come with this joyous experience, I am committed to creating a safe and empowering environment for mothers to thrive. With a wealth of knowledge in childbirth education, breastfeeding support, and holistic wellness practices, I am equipped to offer evidence-based information and personalized care to meet the unique needs of each family. As a trained childbirth professional I will provide you with the best emotional, physical, and educational support whether you are expecting, experiencing labor, or have recently given birth. My goal is to help you have a safe, memorable, and empowering birthing experience and or to support you and your baby once you are home and settled in.
Birth Doula Package
The standard package $1500.
It includes:
  • Two prenatal visits
  • Labor support
  • One postpartum visit. 
There is also unlimited phone and email support throughout your pregnancy.  The standard package can be modified to fit your specific needs!
Postpartum/Newborn Care Packages
 The Fourth Trimester Package $2,800
This package provides you with 40 postpartum hours.
  • Eight 5 hour visits during the day to get you settled in your first few weeks home! 
  •  Four 10 hour nights OR Five 8 hour nights to catch up on some much needed rest.
  • Or a customized number of day and night support that best suits your needs.
I am flexible and want to make sure you get the support you want and need. Additional add-on hours can be purchased at a rate of  $70 per hour
 
The Fifth Trimester Package $5,200
This package provides you with  80 postpartum hours.
  • 40 Hours Daytime & 40 Hours Night Support
  • Eight 10 hour nights of support,
  • Ten 8 hour nights of support
  • Or a customized number of day and night support that best suits your needs.
Additional add-on hours can be purchased at a rate of  $65 per hour
The Sixth Trimester Package $9,600
This package provides you with 160 postpartum hours.
  • 80 Hours Daytime & 80 Night Support
  • Ten 8 hour nights of support and Ten 4 hour days of support
  • Or a customized number of day and night support that best suits your needs.
Additional add-on hours can be purchased at a rate of  $60 per hour
Overnight Newborn Care ONLY Care Package
As a new parent, you're no doubt feeling overwhelmed and out of sorts. Getting a good night of sleep is the perfect remedy to any of those new parent fuzzies. Allow me to care for baby when baby is awake, Sleep in the same room or nearby baby, Support you with breastfeeding (if needed), Feed baby bottles, Burp and change baby, Swaddle/Rock baby back to sleep, Attend to baby’s monitor (a separate monitor for me to use is mandatory), Keep a log of baby's night, Offer Sleep Conditioning if baby shows signs of readiness and much more

This package includes Night Support Only. 
  •  Monday-Thursday: 4 Consecutive Nights (10 hours per night) $2,200/week
  • Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 3 Nights (10 hours per night) $1,800/week
  • Tuesday & Thursday: 2 Nights (10 hours per night) $1,300/week
​Once you have purchased 4 weeks of Care you will receive a 5% Discount on any additional Packages of 2 weeks!!

Newborn Care Consultation

3 Hour Consultation $300
​In the comfort of your home you will learn how to care for your newborn baby with confidence and ease. 
We will cover topics such as:

  • Newborn Senses
  • General Care
  • Holding & Burping
  • Tummy Time
  • Baby’s Temperature
  • Diapering & Changing
  • Umbilical Cord care
  • Circumcision Care
  • Daily Hygiene
  • Bathing & Care
  • Growth & Development
  • Baby Basics (first three months)​

Add Breast & Bottle Feeding Consultation $100

Breast & Bottle Feeding Consultation

2 Hour Consultation $250
Receive assistance with getting your baby to nurse at the breast or to take breast milk or formula from a bottle. 
We will cover:
  • The most important breastfeeding techniques
  • How to prevent and identify problems
  • Pumping
  • Milk storage
  • Bottles and their purpose
  • Mixing breast milk with formula
  • Choosing the right formula for your baby
 Couples are encouraged to come together.
